- Exchange selection — which exchange (Bitget or OKX) you are applying for
- Exchange UID — your unique user ID on the selected exchange, used to verify and link your partner account
- Preferred partner nickname — a display name for your partner account
- Promotional channels (optional) — your social media or content channels such as Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, or Discord
- Intended use or promotion plan (optional) — how you plan to use or promote your partner account
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected solely for the following purposes:
- Reviewing and processing your partner application
- Verifying your registration through an Affexa partner link
- Communicating with you about application status, program updates, and partner-related matters
- Managing your partner account and commission activity
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the operation of the Affexa partner program.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:
- Exchange partners (Bitget, OKX) — limited account information may be shared with the relevant exchange to establish your partner account
- Legal requirements — if required by applicable law or regulation

We retain your personal information for as long as your partner relationship with Affexa Network is active, or as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. If you wish to have your information deleted, you may contact us at any time.

Our partner application form is hosted by Google Forms. By submitting the form, you are also subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We recommend reviewing their policy before submitting your application.
